Conf. Univ. Dr. Mălina Popa (vineri, 3 aprilie)

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Malina Popa is an associate professor and holds a PhD in dental medicine, with long-standing academic and clinical activity in the fields of pedodontics and orthodontics, carried out within a higher medical education institution. Her university career has been progressively built, holding successively all teaching positions, accompanied by academic leadership responsibilities at the discipline and department level.
She is deeply involved in the educational process through the design and delivery of pedodontics courses for clinical-year students, in both Romanian and English, coordinating practical activities and evaluating students.
Her postgraduate activity is focused on the training of residents and supervising undergraduate theses. She maintains active scientific research, participating in national research projects, presentations, and receiving awards at specialty congresses. Her academic profile is complemented by advanced clinical practice in hospital settings, continuous professional development, and active membership in national and international scientific societies.
She holds the title of primary physician in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics, as well as in pedodontics, and also practices privately at Clinica Confident Dr. Talpoș.
